Resellers Permit Overview
Effective January 1st, 2010, our existing "Resale Certificates" (also known as tax cards) that you may have filled out previously with each of your wholesale vendors has been replaced by a new "Resellers Permit." Washington Floral is required to have a copy of each customers Reseller Permit in order to make tax-free sales of product. If you do not have a resellers permit, you can still purchase product wholesale from Washington Floral, but we must charge sales tax.
The Basics....
If you get your Resellers Permit from the state, just present us with a copy (in person or fax.)
If you don't get your permit, follow our link to an application form that you fill out and send to Washington State.
