As the market shifts, we recognize the growing importance of the independent designer in the floral industry. In response, we have developed a selection of services which we feel many studio designers will find very useful. Our program grants you access to our facilities to use as your own consultation and workspace. Services include:

Dedicated Consultation Space & Office
One of the trade-offs for designers without a formal storefront is meeting with clients in a professional environment. Coffee shops are fabulous - but for some clients they just don't leave the right impression. We have set up a dedicated desk and open-air office on our sales floor which is available to our freelance design partners. Meet with clients, or just catch up on work away from the kids - it's your space to use.

Wireless Internet Access & Tech Support
Our entire warehouse is covered by Wi-Fi, and it is available for your free use. We can also assist with computer and networking tech support. If it's within our capabilities we'll lend a hand. If it's outside our expertise we make our corporate IT provider available to you at our negotiated rates. It's always good to have a backup when you need it!

Production Work Area & Refrigerated Product Storage
We are fortunate enough to have a large, well-lit workspace with easy access to water, electric and refrigeration - but we only use it fully during our busiest times of the week. We've got extra space - you need workspace - it's a perfect match! We also have generous cooler space available for your own use and storage - of both raw and finished product.

Available Delivery Trucks
We have both medium and large delivery trucks - complete with drivers - which are available for your use after hours or weekends for an additional fee. If you need extra transportation, we're here to help.

Pricing, Details and Limitations

· Pricing for the above service starts at $400 per month - but we credit 10% of your monthly purchases back against this charge - down to a minimum of $100 per month rent.

· Consultation space is available Sundays through Thursdays from 7am to 7pm, and Fridays from 7am to 3pm. We regret that the consultation is not currently available on Saturdays. Consultation desk can be reserved online. Open time is on a first come, first served basis.

· Sales floor workspace area is available Sundays through Thursdays from 7am to 7pm, and Fridays from 7am to 3pm. At all other times around the clock we have limited workspace area in our receiving area. You also have 24 hour per day access to your product stored in our refrigerators.

· Saturday hours, on-site and off-site production assistance available at an additional fee.
