On July 3rd, IG Design Group Americas (DGA) and its domestic subsidiaries filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection. As part of their restructuring and wind-down process:
Berwick/Offray (bulk ribbon products) and Hampshire Paper (waxed tissue paper and floral papers) will be closing in the imminent future.
What this means for you:
We are actively sourcing replacement items for any Berwick/Offray bulk ribbon products that become unavailable to ensure continuity in your supply.
For Hampshire Paper products, including waxed tissue paper, we are stockpiling sufficient inventory to sustain supply while we bring new sources to market.
We understand these changes may raise concerns about availability and product transitions. Please know we are working proactively to minimize any disruption to your business and will continue to communicate updates as we secure alternative suppliers.
